Project Focus
When 8×8 exhibited at ExCeL London, the objective wasn’t simply to document another day on the exhibition floor. They needed a collection of professional imagery that reflected the energy, innovation and personality of their brand, while capturing the moments that mattered most throughout the event.
The brief centred around creating a versatile image library that could support the business long after the exhibition had ended. This meant documenting genuine conversations between the team and delegates, product demonstrations, networking opportunities and those unscripted moments that often tell the strongest story. Rather than relying on posed photographs, the aim was to capture authentic interactions that showcased the human side of the business and the atmosphere surrounding their stand.
Alongside this, a key part of the brief involved photographing 8×8’s keynote speakers as they presented to audiences throughout the event. These sessions are often the culmination of months of planning, making it essential to capture engaging imagery of speakers in action, audience reactions and the wider context of each presentation.
